Each season we select local gardening experts and designers, as well as our knowledgeable senior staff, to teach seminars & workshops in our popular gardening education series. Unless otherwise noted, seminars are free for Rewards Members (Workshop fees are additional), and $10 for non-members (membership is free!). Kids Make & Take Workshop: Starting Seeds

Calling all kids 5-12 years old! Decorate your own terracotta pot with paint and markers, and then plant it with seeds and flowers that you can watch grow! Class fee includes 6” terracotta pot, paints, plants, soil, fertilizer. Please call ahead to the seminar location to register in advance. Seminar: Learn to Grow Tomatoes 101

Join us for an introductory tomato growing discussion as part of our Tomato Time seminar series. Our Bay Area tomato experts will share easy-to-implement planting tips, favorite tomato varieties, and tomato planting combinations. Make & Take Workshop: Create a Beautiful, Fragrant & Edible Herb Planter

Learn how to combine herbs together to form a beautiful and functional planter.
