- 1 head of broccoli, washed and cut into florets
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup light sour cream - 1 fresh tarragon sprig
- 1TB squeezed lemon
- Lemon zest
- Salt
Lightly steam or blanch broccoli and strain.
Prepare dip by mixing together yogurt, sour cream, tarragon, lemon, zest and salt.
Enjoy the steamed broccoli with the yogurt dip. Also makes a delicious addition to baked potatoes!
