- 1 head of broccoli, washed and cut into florets
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 fresh tarragon sprig, de-stemmed
- 1TB squeezed lemon
- Lemon zest
Lightly steam or blanch broccoli and strain.
Prepare dip by combining the yogurt, sour cream, tarragon, lemon, lemon zest, and salt.
Enjoy the steamed broccoli with yogurt dip. This dip also makes a delicious addition to baked potatoes!
