- 1 pint of ripe black figs
- One package Feta or Goat cheese
- Fresh English or French Lavender blossoms*
Wash and dry figs. Cut in half, lengthwise. Place a dab of cheese on cut portion of fig. Sprinkle lavender blossoms on top of cheese. Enjoy these fragrant, crunchy, velvety, moist bites!
* Please note: when cooking with fresh lavender, use only English or French lavender. Spanish lavender is not edible and could be toxic. Spanish lavender looks like this:
