- 2 basil leaves
- 2 mint leaves
- 2 strawberries, plus one slice of one for garnish
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 oz vodka (optional)
- Juice of one lemon, plus one wedge for garnish
- Splash of soda water
Muddle the basil leaves, mint and strawberries with 1 tsp. sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and lemon juice. If using Vodka, add it here.
Shake well and pour into a glass over ice. Add a splash of soda water and garnish with a strawberry slice and lemon wedge.
